Hi Everyone,

I cannot believe that the Lucketts Spring Market is this weekend!   And I’m going to be a vendor!

The Lucketts Spring Market is fabulous.   A lot of the vendors are superstars in this field.  Heather, our amazing market organizer, has been showcasing market vendors for the past month on her blog.   To get a sneak peek of what will be at the market check out the Lucketts Blog here.

Here are pictures of my more recently completed pieces that I’ll be bringing with me.

Wish me luck pulling a trailer behind my SUV.  (Never done that before!)  I have no idea  how I’ll back it into our driveway.   I hope I don’t jack-knife it!  🙂

Hope you’re having a great week and thanks for stopping by!

Update 5/16:   I “moved in” to my space at Lucketts Market today.   I back up to the road and am across from the fire station.   I am proud to say that I did not jack-knife my super-low-rider u-haul trailer.  Best thing of the day:  When I was exhausted and trying to fix a problem with my tent, Henry the Lucketts Handyman swooped in and fixed my tent.  I am so very thankful for his help!  I had hit the wall so to speak as it was 6:00 and we were done unpacking and ready to leave when I noticed I skipped a tent setup step.  Then I couldn’t get the step done right.  Henry’s timing was perfect.  And much appreciated!

    • Hi Sharon! Lucketts was so much fun. This was the first market I have done so I learned an awful lot. All of the vendors around me were super nice. The forecast called for a lot of rain and Sunday it held off which was nice. I received many many gushing compliments on my pieces. I sold a bunch of my signs to people who had connections with them (ie a bee keeper bought my “honey for sale” sign). A really nice woman bought my cow sign (Mona). It was just fun all around. And yes Henry came to my rescue when I hit a wall setting up my tent on Thursday! I’m already planning out next year :). Thanks for commenting and glad you had fun too! Pauline
